After a life-changing cancer diagnosis in my thirties, I became more mindful of my diet. In my former life as a busy corporate exec and coffee addict, one thing I couldn’t kick was my love for coffee. Determined to create guilt-free coffee, I launched Three Legged Brewing in early 2023.
Inspired by our three-legged dog Mogwai, who persevered through a similar diagnosis, we aimed to promote health and happiness while supporting animal welfare.

How Its Made
At our brewery, we meticulously hand-select the finest beans to craft our signature cold brew blend. We partner with local artisan roasters to ensure our beans are freshly roasted, ground, and degassed before undergoing a slow 24-hour brewing process in our giant brew tank. We prioritize taste above all else, which is why we stick to the old-fashioned method of brewing.
We are so dedicated to quality that we have installed a top-of-the-line filtration and remineralization system to guarantee the highest water quality possible. Additionally, we carefully maintain a temperature of under 41F throughout the entire process to preserve the crisp and complex flavors of the coffee.
The end result is a clean and delicious cold brew that is free of bitterness or strange aftertastes. Experience the difference that our attention to detail and commitment to excellence make in every sip.
