WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY?

Our brewing facility is based in Lindenhurst, Illinois where we have a taproom & café upfront.

DO CANS NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?

Yes, the cans should always be kept cold.

HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS THERE IN A CAN?

There is approximately 180 mg of caffeine in a can, equivalent to 2.5 shots of espresso.

HOW LONG IS THE SHELF LIFE?

6-month refrigerated.

WHAT KIND OF BEANS DO YOU USE AND WHERE DO YOU SOURCE THEM?

We work with artisan growers and roasters to bring you the best specialty beans that are ethically sourced from all over the world. Our cold brew is a proprietary blend of beans from Ethiopia and Columbia.

I AM DIABETIC, CAN I DRINK YOUR COLD BREW?

Absolutely! Our cold brew is sugar free.

I AM LACTOSE INTOLERANT, CAN I DRINK YOUR COLD BREW?

Absolutely! Our cold brew is dairy free.

I HAVE CELIAC DISEASE (SENSITIVE TO GLUTEN), CAN I DRINK YOUR COLD BREW?

Absolutely! Our cold brew is gluten free.

WHAT ARE NATURAL FLAVORS?

Natural flavors are the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, etc.

WHAT DO YOU USE TO SWEETEN THE FLAVORED COFFEE?

We use a proprietary sweetener comprised of soluble tapioca fiber, thaumatin from West Africa Katemfe fruit and Reb M. It’s 100% plant based and is regarded by FDA as natural flavors.

DO I NEED TO ADD CREAM OR SUGAR? HOW SWEET IS YOUR FLAVORED COFFEE?

Totally up to you! Many people enjoy the way as is. Some pour it into a cup and personalize it. Most customers describe the sweetness level as subtle, compared to mainstream cold coffee options.

WHY IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE?

Beverages are heavy. Shipping refrigerated products requires additional packing & handling as well as faster delivery to ensure product safety.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We normally ship on Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure that the products are delivered before the weekends. So if you place an order after Monday, you will likely receive the shipment by the end of the following week.
